Description

Brothers Of The Brush wooden nickel for Euclid, Ohio's sesquicentennial in 1959.  Brothers of the Brush "required" men to be unshaven, else be "jailed" until a "ransom" be paid.  The wooden nickel could be used at a cooperative business, or redeemed for five cents at any bank in Euclid.  This has been in my possession since 1959, but at that time I was too young to sprout whiskers.  1 - 7/16 inch diameter.
Comes from a Smoke Free and Pet Free home.
Condition is Very Good, with very light soiling and very light wear.
See the pictures for the wooden nickel. Both sides of the nickel are shown.
Will ship using United States Postal Service.
