1. Check the TV is on and has been connected with the machine.
2. Please check the TX power supply
3. Make sure the TV is working regularly

This HDMI support audio format include: LPCM2.0/48KHZ/16Bit
if your hdmi signal source is 5./dolby or other audio format, there will be no sound.
