Just clamp it on to your window frame and rotate it up and down as needed!!!!!

No tools required!  Fits Window frames from 5/8 of and inch to 1-1/2 inches wide.
Stainless steel screws so it won't rust.
Rubber Clamping pads so it won't scratch or fall off like the suction cups.
Tension can be adjusted.
Will also clamp on your Bimini!!!! Great if your just swimming and want the flag above your boat!!!
Works on pontoon boats as well.
