Ramsey Quartz Lock Synthesized stereo fm broadcast transmitter rack mount. Very nice condition! Does work and was being used up ti a few years ago! Unsure if this is the original power supply or I'd this is a made one? Previous owner was an electrical engineer so it wouldn't shock me if this was his doing?
