This is an exact picture of the adapter you are buying.  It is between the camera an the telescope eyepiece holder; separate pictures shown below. The eyepiece holder is a standard 1.25" telescope eyepiece holder. Camera and telescope not included.
This is a picture of the adapter you are buying.  On the left is a mirrorless Bayonet Ring to T mount which attaches to your camera an the piece to the right.  On the right is the adapter used for eyepiece VARIABLE projection photography.
All of the pictures and discussions below are examples of how you can use the above telescope adapter.
These are the actual adapter parts in this sale shown separated (camera not included). From left to right (1,2,&3). The first part (1) is a T2 to camera bayonet specifically for a mirrorless camera. This piece replaces  your typical camera lens and has a T2 female on its right side. (2)  The center piece has a male T-2 thread to attach to part (1). and a T-2 female thread to attach to part number (3).  Part (3)slides into a 1.25" diameter telescope eye piece holder and contains a T-2 thread (M42x 0.75) on its left hand side. This part can be used without the center piece for "Prime focus" photography.  See pictures below.

This is a picture  of a Pentax Q camera  with the lens removed to show the Q  mount which is a three lug bayonet style mount.

When used for eyepiece projection photography you place the actual telescope eyepiece inside the adapter.  A thumb screw is provided  to stop the telescope eyepiece from moving around.  This  piece shown actually has a different T2 on it for a different camera.
Dropping in the eyepiece into your adapter
Eyepiece in place. Then just tighten the single thumbscrew on side.
