Item is guaranteed to be as described with the following known issue: Output 1(upper left Output) Does not have signal.
Tests Performed: Unit Powers on. Tested Each Output using headphones With the 3.5mm and 1/4 Inch Phone Jacks. Tested XLR input and outputs with monitor. Output 1 (upper left top corner) does not function properly. All other Outputs tested with sound and functions.
