    This is a brand new item with original and untouched SAMPLE hang tags from Wolff Fording .  small child is the size but to my knowledge this  item was never used for catalog or convention. The light is funny in my pic, that is no bleach spot or anything, item is perfect. fabric is polyester spandex so there is a lot of stretch in these pants.  K519
