You are bidding on an adapter for a Nikon SMZ-2T Macroscope to  Sony NEX MILC cameras listed below under Camera Models
This is exactly picture of what you are purchasing. A Sony NEX T2 Bayonet and T2 to  42mm Trinocular Mount.

This is the additional piece that you will need. It inserts into the  Trinocular tube inner eyepiece holder.  You may be able to  remove one from another microscope on hand.  Your eyepiece should be the same as the eyepiece used on the scope you are using.   The SMZ-2T uses a WF 10x eyepiece but the insertion diameter is 30mm  so it won't fit in your inner tube.

This is a picture of a camera mounted to the 42mm trinocular tube with eyepiece  inserted into the inner 23.2 eyepiece holder.
This is a typical SMZ-2T with V-T camera tube and standard microscope base. With this base adapters should be greater than 0.5x for proper  focusing. With a 0.5x or less Nikon suggests an extended base or Boom arm for additional height variation for focusing.  Personally  I suggest you buy a Boom stand like the one shown below.  Your whole world will change.  All focusing problems eliminated and  easier to position over objects.  A good one is less than 0.
An updated model SMZ-2T macroscope with a dual boom arm. This allows you  to use various lens for a DSLR or MILC cameras or USB dedicated  camera. This problem seems to only exist in macroscopes not  microscopes. It probably has to do with very low magnification focusing  with a standard base.

Look down your V-T tube and you will see a nose adapter port for  insertion of a 23.2 mm camera adapter. Many other microscopes have this  port.  Some SMZ-2T models have a 30mm insertion diameter which you  can just slide on the adapter sleeve included with this sale.
This is a fixed V-T tube found on an Apophot. Most Optiphot, Labophot, or Alphaphot trinocular tubes  are similar. Notice the tube inside the 42mm  diameter trinocular tube. It is a 23.2mm insertion tube. If your microscope has this tube inside you can  use the above adapter.
