Mexican Peasant Blouse Elaborate Hand Pleating Pink & Black Embroidered Puebla

I recently returned from Puebla
where
is purchased this
lovely b
louse.  It was
made in the
Ocotlan Zitlatepec
in Puebla, Mexico
.
The bodice is made of an
intricately
hand pleated and embroidered Birds & flowers on the bodice, shoulders and cuffs. The fabric is a medium weight 100% Pink Color Cotton with Black embroidery.
It measures;
15 1/2 inches across the shoulders and 20 inches from arm pit to arm pit (total 40 inches around) and 26 inches Long.  It will fit a Extra Small to Small Size woman.
This Blouse is a wonderful example of
contemporary fashion trends
