I try to be reasonable and ask that you do the same. And, I am that seller who will decline an offer if we are only .00 apart. I pay listing and sellers fees and sometimes even shipping. I try and ship items out as quickly as I can, usually via USPS. That being said, USPS has been VERY slow as of late. At times, it can take Priority Mail parcels more than 20 days to arrive. I upload tracking on every shipped item. I cannot be held responsible for USPS delay.
