Behind these wonderfully weird dolls is the love story of David and Sun Min. The couple met in art school, and when Sun Min moved back to South Korea, they sent each other love letters. At the bottom of one of these letters, David doodled a kooky character. Loving the sweet design, Sun Min sewed the doodle into a doll, and here we are folks! UglyDolls was born from a doodle!
Paying homage to UglyDolls’ grown-with-love roots, this Wage plush toy is inspired by her original design. This stuffed toy isn’t just for snuggling, she’s for celebrating the journey from artists’ imaginations to kids’ arms. And guess what? That first doodle David drew…that was Wage! We ship from Ohio using USPS.  For larger items or to save costs we may use FEDEX or UPS.
We normally ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment.
Typical shipping transit time in continental USA is 2 - 5 days.
We will combine shipping on multiple items whenever possible.
We do not change your shipping address by email. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment.
We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and any other US State. (Free shipping is for continental 48 US states unless otherwise specified)
Shipment of items over 0 require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping - International:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Normally international shipments are delivered in 7-10 business days but it may take longer depending on method of shipment chosen and your country's customs handing time.

We try to be fair and accurate with all items and descriptions. Please read each description, look at the pictures carefully and ask questions before purchasing. If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.

We will accept returns for exchange (if available) or refund within 30 days of customer receipt of item.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Item being returned to being DOA (dead on arrival or not as described), buyer is responsible for returning the item back to seller before exchange or refund will be made. When the item is received by seller it will be inspected, if item is determined DOA or grossly misrepresented a replacement item (if available) will be sent and we will refund the return shipping you paid (up to the amount of the original shipping) or a full refund may be given (including shipping) at the sellers discretion.
If the item is returned do to "Buyers Remorse", the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Refunded amount will be the purchase price only. Original and return shipping are not refundable.
