What is interesting is the full page map of Long Beach with the Butters and Paul location highlighted. The map is noted as being an ocean front map from San Pedro to Huntington Beach. The letter is to a woman named Daisy and is signed “But”. Likely short for William H Butters. Butters and Paul consisted of William H Butters and B H Paul.
