The sole has been developed in cooperation with the giant tyre maker Michelin and works just like an unstudded winter tyre, perfect if you live in a place where the ground is not always icy. Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized via phone or email. Read the listing before purchasing; if you have any questions, contact us by email. Items with free shipping returned for refund will be refunded minus our actual postage/shipping costs (no handling fee on free shipping). Shipping and Handling costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error made by the shipper. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
