    This is a handmade embroidered huipil or woman's poncho from Guatemala. Bought there in the 1970s. It is 42 inches wide and 30 inches long.  It is stained as you can see in the photos. Priced accordingly. Someone with seamstress skill could cut out the embroidered figures for a blouse or other piece of clothing.
