You are bidding on a 0.5x Microscope Adapter Kit for a Fuji Mirror-less Camera. Examples of these cameras are the Fujifilm X-E1, and X-Pro1. A complete list of camera models is shown below.
This is exactly picture of what you are buying. The Fuji X Mirror-less camera  bayonet adapter (left side) and 0.5x male relay lens (right side) The next picture below are adapter sleeves which are also included with this sale.
The additional microscope adapter sleeves slide on the male          relay lens end to give you a total of three sizes 23.2  (no adapter          used),30, and 30.5 mm for insertion  into a standard camera port, or trinocular, microscope or macroscope   eyepiece.  See example pictures below.

This  is an  example of a 1x relay lens being unscrewed from the bayonet mount.  The  relay lens has a standard one inch (25.4 mm) diameter, with 32 threads  per inch designated as "1-32 UN 2A". This is the thread that most  digital cameras use for scientific applications.
Camera Models
This is a picture of a  Fuji X Series camera  with  the lens removed to show the X mount used on all Fujifilm X Series  cameras. The Fuji X format is based on the APS-C sensor.

This is an example of a 1x relay lens being unscrewed from the bayonet mount.  The relay lens has a standard one inch (25.4 mm) diameter, with 32 threads per inch designated as "1-32 UN 2A".  This is the thread that most digital cameras use for scientific          applications.
Sliding on one of the sleeves allows you      to change from the standard Trinocular camera port to a Microscope or          Macroscope eyepiece insertion when a camera port is not an option.
