Size 4-6  fits 37"-48"tall and 34-49 pounds.
Size 12-14 fits 56"-62"tall and 74-100 pounds.
They are 98% nylon and 2% spandex.
You will receive one (1) pair.
These tights are NEW and in their original, sealed packaging.
