Shipping:
The item will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 25
pounds with packing material.  If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost.
We use both UPS and USPS for shipments.
All shipments are
insured,
and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge.  We do not ship damaged boxes.  If a box arrives damaged and the item
is broken
, email us immediately and a claim will be
filed,
and you will be refunded.    The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible.  We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion.
Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended for heavier items.  Contact us and we can schedule a time to have the item available at our facility.

Returns:
Damaged or DOA items will be fully or partially refunded
in accordance with
the buyers wishes

Undamaged items may be returned within
14 days (about 2 weeks)
of receipt, but the buyer
is responsible for
shipping both ways and the item must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund
