• Good structural integrity overall, with no malformation or damage noted aside from normal wear from previous use.
• All components attached and held as designed.
• Cosmetically, the retractor components are rated as GOOD to FAIR overall condition across all pieces based on the following flaws as noted during various reviews and tests:
• Scratching noted throughout all included pieces. Surface level and some more severe.
• Various instances of discoloration notedin the form of surface stains, rub marks, previous owner identification tape and associated residue (near back end of forceps) from age, previous use, non sterile loose storage, etc as depicted.
• Some minor manufacturer coating wear noted as depicted in some locations.
• Many instances of manufacturer label fade.
• Sterilization case (bottom and lid) and basket are rated cosmetically as FAIR to POOR condition based on significant scratches, significant discoloration, and various instances of malformation in the form of denting throughout. Case closes and locks securely as designed.
