POWERS ON (with my own Bench testing cable), CHANGES FREQ UP & DOWN, LEDs light up when turned on.
DOES NOT INCLUDE 12V POWER ADAPTER!
DID NOT TEST ANY OTHER OUTPUT FUNCTION OR CONNECT TO ANY AUDIO / SOUND UNIT OR RADIO.
No other accessories are included.
